FAQs about Fixed Implant-Supported Prosthetics

Everything you need to know before sending your first case

What types of implant-supported prosthetics do you make?

We manufacture single crowns, multi-unit bridges, and hybrid prosthetics on implants. All are made using a digital workflow with intraoral scanning, CAD design, and CAM fabrication.

What advantages does CAD-CAM bring to implant prosthetics?

CAD-CAM allows us to verify the fit of the prosthetics before manufacturing, customise each piece with millimetre precision, and reduce delivery time. Online design review also eliminates unnecessary trips to the laboratory.

When is a metal-ceramic framework preferable?

Metal-ceramic remains a very valid option for budget-conscious cases or when the patient has pronounced parafunctional habits. We offer both options depending on the clinical requirements of the case.

When is zirconia the better choice?

Zirconia is the first choice when the patient prioritises aesthetics, has metal sensitivity, or when maximum translucency is desired in anterior sectors. It is also ideal for long bridges requiring high strength without metal.

Which implant systems are you compatible with?

We work with all major systems: Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Dentsply, Zimmer Biomet, MIS, Klockner and many more. If you have doubts about compatibility, contact us before submitting the case.
